Is it easy to open?

Yes, absolutely! We designed it to be quicker and easier to open than a regular pill bottle, while still being secure. If you ever find it tricky, please tell us! We want to make it perfect for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and you can always get your money back if you're not happy.

Can I return the pill case for any reason?

Yes! If you're not satisfied, you get your money back—no problem! Just send us a quick request online or by email, and we'll start your return. We'd love to know why you're returning it so we can make our product even better for the future.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes! We have a lifetime warranty that covers any mistakes made during manufacturing. If you get a faulty product, please contact us right away. We'll replace it or give you a refund, and we'll look into what went wrong. Our goal is 100% quality and happy customers.

Is the pill holder waterproof?

The case protects your pills from dust and splashing water during normal, everyday use. If you accidentally jump in the pool with it, the case will probably be fine, but the pills inside might get wet. While we haven't officially tested it, it should protect as well as products rated IP54.

Will I lose the cap or the main part of the pill case?

Nope! This handy pill holder stays in one piece, even when it's open. You won't have to worry about losing half of it. To open, just press and twist, similar to most standard pill bottles.

Will the pill holder accidentally open on my keychain?

No, it should never open by accident. When you hear that "click," it's completely closed and safe to toss in your pocket or purse. If yours ever opens unintentionally, please contact us immediately for a free replacement. We need to know about any issues so we can fix them in the factory.

Is the pill case made from good materials?

Yes! It's made from a food-safe blend of carbon fiber and PETG, which is the same strong plastic used for water bottles. The little spring inside is made of surgical-grade stainless steel.

Aren’t you just reselling cheap stuff from overseas?

No way! These are proudly designed, manufactured, and put together right here in the USA! We own the design, and you won't find anything else like it. We're a small business based in sunny Orlando, FL, and we're proud to create local jobs.

Is the pill case safe for children?

No, definitely not. Please keep this away from small children. The latch hasn't been tested to be child-resistant, and the product could be a choking hazard.

What is the size of the pill holder?

We made our cases big enough for even jumbo pills, like large fish oil capsules. Our medium size can comfortably hold six or more average-sized pills, or one jumbo capsule plus one or two tiny pills. The inside space is over 1 inch high and half an inch wide. Our tall size is twice as high, so it holds double the amount!

How do I clean it?

If needed, wipe it down with a cloth that's just slightly damp. After cleaning, wipe it dry with a clean cloth. Then, leave it open and let it completely air dry before you use it again. IMPORTANT: DO NOT use heat (like a hairdryer) to dry it.

What if water gets inside?

If water gets inside, take everything out and wipe the inside and outside completely dry with a clean cloth. Leave it open for a day or two to air dry in a dry spot. IMPORTANT: DO NOT use heat (like a hairdryer) to dry it.

What kind of pills or supplements can I put in here?

We recommend using this for your vitamins, supplements, or common over-the-counter (OTC) medicines. If you choose to use it for prescription medicine, you do so knowing the risks. IMPORTANT: DO NOT use this for emergency or life-saving medicines. While we trust our product quality, we have not tested them for emergency situations.
