Return & Refund Policy; Cancellations
We are confident that you would love your Rezeros chair! However, if there are any circumstances that you’re not completely satisfied, we are more than happy to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return, please keep in mind that all Rezeros chairs are covered by our two-year warranty. Simply shoot us an email at email@example.com and please include a brief description of your issues and your order id number. Our customer support team will endeavour to address your concern within 24 hours business days.
Returns & Refund
You may return any Product within the first 100 days from the date you received your chair based on shipping tracking. Provided that the Product is located in Australia and returned in its Original Packaging.
Within 100 calendar days of receipt of the Products at our warehouse, your original payment for your Products to Rezeros Australia will be refunded to you via the method made during checkout.
- If you purchased via any interest-free finance providers, extra charges may apply.
- Chair must be disassembled and repacked into original package ( Please refer to disassembly guide and video)
- Additonal fee may be applicable based on the condition of the returned good.
- Return must also include any replacement parts issued for warranty
If you purchased the Product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned.
Refunds will be processed with 5 business day after receiving and inspecting the return goods.
Return shipping is free, provided that the Product being returned is located in most areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Otherwise, we'll get you to send it back to the nearest shipping depot.
- Products must be in original condition and acceptable by our charity partners to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears or other soiling including odours).
- Product must be returned in Original Packaging.
- Products may not be returned from outside Australia.
The following limitations apply on returns of Products:
- If you did not purchase your Rezeros product(s) you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and for You to be available for the scheduled pick up time.
- You must have been using Rezeros Products for 14 days before you can initiate the return.
- Customers may return a maximum of two (2) Products per household, validated by a customer name or shipping address and cannot be used to exchange for another colour or Product.
- If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 100-day trials on subsequent orders of any other Rezeros Products (i.e. if you return a Lotus Gaming chair, you will not be eligible for 100-day trials on future Rezeros orders).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to You later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about Your return.
Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Rezeros pass to you upon delivery of such Products (by Rezeros) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Return Shipping Policies
You are responsible to pay the return shipping fee when you return an oversized item for any of the following reasons:
- You refuse a delivery without inspection
- You miss a delivery appointment
- You return a product which you have not been used for at least 14 days
All returned oversized items are fully inspected upon their arrival back at our warehouse.
Partial refund of the purchase price will be issued if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened packaging. The amount of the partial refund will vary based on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.
Furthermore, if the item received is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $30 to $180 or more (depending on size and weight).
*By purchasing an oversized product, you authorize Rezeros and/or its Carriers to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the fee schedule described here. We may deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund or otherwise charge them to your credit card after we inspect the returned product.
The product must be returned unopened or we may assess a 25% restocking fee (based on inspection). Please contact us for any additional questions or concerns. *No return policy for discounted products and final sales.
Order Cancellation Policies
Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made by e-mail as soon as possible prior to shipment. Any e-mail messages requesting an order be changed or cancelled received after business hours will be addressed the following business day. Any order cancelled/refused after it’s shipped will be treated as a return and other costs including but not limited to shipping and handling costs will be deducted/charged. Any order refused upon delivery (unless previously discussed through our Customer Service department) will be treated as a return and shipping & handling costs will be deducted/charged.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
If You Really Need To Return Our Products
We will be really sad to see you letting go your Rezeros chair but if you really need to return it, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product that you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order.
